You must leave the studio in the same condition as at the start of your booking.
Our reception staff may visit the studio room 5-10 minutes before the end of your booking to ensure that the studio is left in its original condition.
If there are any damages to the floor, furniture, equipment, or any other part of the studio, you will be required to reimburse the cost of the damage.
If the room is left untidy, you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
Please respect the assessment made by staff members. After your booking, if we find any damage, we will contact you via the email provided when booking.
Honeylune Loft reserves the right to determine the presence, extent, and repair cost for any damages.
Honeylune Loft reserves the right to determine the condition of the studio and to charge a cleaning fee at the discretion of its staff.
Your booking will start and end at the exact time of your booking. Set-up and clean-up time must take place during hours booked.
We cannot provide access to the studio before your start time, and you must vacate the studio on time.
All items brought into the studio must be brought out of the studio before the end of your booking. Items cannot be stored at the studio. If you have back-to-back full day bookings, please contact us in advance at

The Renter agrees to this and is aware that staff will be in the studio during the booking. Shift changes may happen during the time booked, resulting in staff exiting or entering the studio.
As a courtesy to our neighbours, please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume.
As much as we love our furry friends, no pets are allowed except for service animals. If you wish to bring an animal into the space, please contact us at

The individual who has booked and paid must be present at all times during the rental.
The event or session must be held within the studio.
Maintain adult supervision of minors at all times.
Clean up trash or other items on-premises before leaving.
We are not responsible for loss or damages to items left in the common areas or left behind in the studio.

Honeylune Loft is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, construction, weather, emergencies, or acts of god.
Renter agrees to return all equipment and furniture in the condition it was provided. The Renter agrees to immediately notify the Studio of any damage, failure, or change in equipment provided.
Furniture may not be taken outside the studio.
Please do not move any pieces larger than a single chair without two people present to move it without dragging the legs. Our floor scratches easily, so please be careful!
Renter agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs of equipment, furniture, or studio space that the Renter damages within three business days. The Renter is liable for any damages that occur from the Renter's employees contractors, clients, visitors, or anyone using the space in association with the renter.
The Renter agrees that the Studio holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to Renter or any third party. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury. If an accident involving the Studio's rental items has occurred while it is in the Renter's possession, Renter shall make the studio aware by a written statement of details of the occurrence of the event, including a police report and names and addresses of witnesses, if applicable.
The Renter agrees not to hang or attach anything from the pipes in the open ceiling.
The Studio will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to the Renter, Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients, or any and allRenter's visitors that occur within or outside the Studio premises.
Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that the Studio may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests while Renter is in control of the Studio, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Studio against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s use of the venue.
Renter agrees that at Honeylune Loft, they shall NOT be allowed to detonate or use smoke bombs, smoke grenades, any coloured or pigmented fog, haze, or airborne materials. There is a CAD$10,000 fine against use of these materials.
Do NOT use our towels to wipe off any glitter, body paints, oils, shimmers, etc.
No smoking of ANY substances inside the Studio, nor any drugs shall be permitted. Failure to respect this rule will be a MINIMUM $500 cleaning fee, plus immediate escorting off the premises by police. Renter may bring in alcohol under the condition that it shall not be exchanged for monetary value inside the unit, nor given to minors. When required, Renter shall secure a permit for the alcohol.
The Renter takes responsibility for and is liable for themself and their guests while on the premises. Honeylune Loft will not be responsible for any bodily injury, emotional abuse or property damage.
The Renter understands staff must be treated with respect, and no aggressive or harassing behaviour will be tolerated.
The Renter agrees that If any protocols/terms/conditions etc. are broken, Honeylune Loft does not have to refund any monies paid for past or future bookings.
The renter agrees that Honeylune has the right to use and take security footage. This footage can be used to ensure the renter is following the rules.
Honeylune Loft agrees that video footage will not be shared unless used for investigative purposes.
Failure to comply to any of the studio rules will result in a min 500$ fine. Additional fine and charges may apply depending on the rules broken.
